I Hit My Forehead Really Hard On The Car Door

I hit my forehead really hard on the car door 4 days ago. I was t knocked out, but it bled and swelled up. The cut is ok but I have had numbness and tingly feelings on my scalp ever since. Not sure what to do. I have looked up things on the Internet and some say it could be a bad thing! What do I do?
