I Hit My Forehead To A Glassdoor In November 2017.

I hit my forehead to a glassdoor in November 2017. There is still a bump on my forehead. It still feel inside has fluid, soft. When I massage it, it get flatten a bit, but after a while it form back a high bump. It seems not go away and the size still the same. I wonder if it will permanently there or will eventually go away and how long? If it is permanent there, what can I do ?
