I Hit My Hand Yesterday And It's Bruised And Slightly

I hit my hand yesterday and it's bruised and slightly grazed but it doesn't hurt there so much, one of my knuckles have gone in? And when I like clench my hand it sends a pain from my disappearing knuckle to my wrist

It hurts/aches constantly and I don't know if it's just where I hit it and it'll get better on its own or if I need to see someone
