I Hit My Head A Week Ago And Have Felt

I hit my head a week ago and have felt spacey and foggy since then. I have also had a cold, so I don't know which to attribute that feeling to. I didn't have a bump or bruise at the spot I hit my head and I didn't have any headaches, but there is a feeling of slight pressure at the point of impact. I am wondering if I should be concerned about potential internal bleeding
