I Hit My Head And There Was A Huge Bump

I hit my head and there was a huge bump and I felt nauseous afterwards. It felt like my head was cut open. Next day bump is not as big but still as painful and head hurts but won't stop sneezing and my nose keeps running. Now my throat feels tight. Should I see a doctor?
