I Hit My Head Behind The Left Temple. The "goose

I hit my head behind the left temple. The "goose egg" has subsided quite a bit but my jaw on the left side hurts to open very far. This happened two days ago when I lost my balance in my dry creek on a hill. I was also somewhat dehydrated from working in the yard and not pausing to drink water.
