I Hit My Head Earlier Today. I Felt Slightly Dizzy

I hit my head earlier today. I felt slightly dizzy when I was recovering from the shock. My ear is ringing and I have a headache that is behind my right eye. I also have a dent about an inch behind my scalp line as well as swelling. Do I need to be concerned and get this examined right away?
