I Hit My Head Getting Into A Car 2 Years

I hit my head getting into a car 2 years ago, did not go to the emergency room. I am still experiencing periodic pain at the same point of impact like it just happened. A recent brain MRI revealed nothing amiss and I have again, light periodic pain behind my ear and balance issues. What can it be and can I fly?
