I Hit My Head Hard On The Edge Of A

I hit my head hard on the edge of a cabinet door 6 hours ago and it hurt for while, it doesn't hurt any more unless I press on it , I put an Ice pack on it and that helped, I can't see my doctor til tomorrow, should I continue with the Ice packs for while longer
