I Hit My Head On A Corner Two Days Ago

I hit my head on a corner two days ago and now there is a soft spot where I hit it. It is really tender and shampooing my hair even causes it to hurt a bit. Should I be concerned or is this fine? Other than when I accidentally touch it it doesn't really bother me.
