I Hit My Head On My House's Back Door Frame,

I hit my head on my house's back door frame, and I was sacred I got a concussion. But I didn't feel dizzy or get a headache or really any of the symptoms. But I kept reading scary things about minor injuries being bad. I'm really worried, and I need some advice
