I Hit My Head On The Frame Of The Sliding

I hit my head on the frame of the sliding door to my van. It left a little dent on the center of my forehead and around the dent is swelling a little. It hurt a lot right after it happened but less painful now. I took a little Tylenol earlier as well. I haven't had any nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness, memory loss or confusion. Will it be ok to go to sleep in a hour or so? I took Benedryl for allergies, which will make me tired.
