I Hit My Head Over A Week Ago. I Had

I hit my head over a week ago. I had a contusion though I didn't lose consciousness. I had memory loss, emotional problems, trouble concentrating. I feel better on all that but now suddenly I have vertigo, even while lying down. I have also started feeling sick. Thank you for any answers
