I Hit My Head Really Hard On The Door Knob

I hit my head really hard on the door knob as i stood up 12 hrs or so ago and my head is swollen and hurts super bad still. Ive had a headache and jaws hurt. Also i cant lay my head on my left side where i hit it. It feels swollen all around now on both sides of my head
