I Hit My Knee With A Chair And Instantly Felt

I hit my knee with a chair and instantly felt light headed and dizzy from the pain.. the pain gets worse once I stop moving to the point of tears sometimes. the bruising is not bad just a small circle with a white center.. the pain is more of a throbbing/ burning feeling.. could this just be a deep bruise?
