I Hit My Knuckle On A Door Jam Sunday. It

I hit my knuckle on a door jam Sunday. It is a little red, but now it squeaks when I move it. It is also a little numb and hurts more if I push on the spot where it hit the door. Also the skin doesnt move quite right when I straighten it out. Should I see a doctor?
