I Hit My Left Temple Hard Sat Night / Sunday

I hit my left temple hard Sat night / Sunday morning. Bruising in the corner of my eye and today (Tuesday) I am noticing blurred vision from my left eye. I had a horrible headache until today. Still have a headache but manageable with advil. Still slightly swollen.
