I Hit My Left Upper Thigh Today While Playing Basketball

I hit my left upper thigh today while playing basketball there is no bruise as of yet but it is painful to walk or move it almost at all. Feels like a charlie horse that wont go away. It hurt so much on impact that i was down and in tears sweating and nasseaus for about 10 minutes.
