I Hit My Shin On A Concrete Block That Was

I hit my shin on a concrete block that was the height of my shin I have three small scrapes and one small cut . It hurts to walk and on each scrape and cut I have small lumps like swelling.I cleaned it and put some first aid cream and bandaged it also I have my leg elevated .Do I need to do anything else?
