I Hit My Temple Really Hard Had Blured Vision And

I hit my temple really hard had blured vision and dizziness and it hurts the side of my head when I open my mouth and chew also I can hear and feel a graiting when I chew and open my mouth on the side I hit but not the other. I whent to the hospital they just said it was minor concussion, but I've had that before and it hurts a lot more. Also when I open my mouth on the side I hit there is a big dimple ( a lot bigger than usual ) any advice would be great as it happened 29 hours ago but the pain is still there.
