I Hit My The Top Of My Head On Some

I hit my the top of my head on some metal old bell shaped thing whilemrunning in my garden, it peeled a bit of akin away.my brother moved the skin back into place, i kept my cool put a plaster over it and now im not sure. Is this all i need to do. Will the skin heal and reconnect with the rest of my head?
