I Hit My Tibia Bone A Few Days Ago On

I hit my tibia bone a few days ago on a edge of a wooden box. After I hit it swelled into a knot but that went away the next day and I have a cut there but it did not bruise but it feels tight in that area below my right knee which is the leg I hit. Now I'm noticing fluid in my leg around the cut. I'm not having a lot of pain.Should I be concerned?
