I Hit My Vagina Bone When I Threw Myself On

I hit my vagina bone when i threw myself on a metal chair 7 years ago and got a large squishy bump on my left side, never got it checked out . It gets a bit hard when i cough or laugh hard. It recently started hurting inside and I think it got bigger but from the inside. Hurts sometimes when i walk or in the mornings when i want to stretch. There's no usual discharge or anything. Just pain.
