I Hit The Back Of My Head On Concrete About

I hit the back of my head on concrete about 6 weeks ago. Went to the emergency room a week after since i didn't have any headaches till 4 days after. Did a xray and ct scan. Everything looked fine. The headaches tapered off but still get little migraines and slight headaches ith tender spots on back of head every once and a while.
