I Hit The Back Of My Head Pretty Hard 3

I hit the back of my head pretty hard 3 days ago slipped on my stairs hardwood but feel fine should I go to a doctor. It has a small bump and a scap bc it bled a little. I can't help thinking about a slow bleed or swelling. It's been 3 days and my only complaint is tenderness am my neck feels a little tight.
