I Hit The Back Of My Head Then My Ears

I hit the back of my head then my ears rung and my vision was out of focus for about 5 mind after that I went outside and my eyes hurted from the brightness then stopped. I went to sleep at 8:00 and woke up at 10:00 12:00 and 2:00 with a headachep. Also I never felt dizzy out of balance or naucios and also didn’t read slower or talk different even though those are symptoms of concussion.So do I have a concussion or just a unimportant head injury
