I Hit The Corner Of My End Table Pretty Hard

I hit the corner of my end table pretty hard as I was leaning over to pick up something. I now have a bump just above my nose. My left temple is hurting pretty good right now. I can also feel the rest of my head beginning to hurt. Is there any cause for ? Should I at least call the 24 hr nurse line and talk to her?
