I Honestly Don't Know If I Have A Cold Sore

I honestly don't know if I have a cold sore right now or not, it's just a s lightly more pink spot on my lips that Ive had for three days now and it's a little dry but doesn't tingle. I have had cold sores in the past though, I got them a few years ago. Anyway, I touched my lips and then I made my bed but after that I fingered myself without having washed my hands after touching my lips earlier...is it possible I gave myself genital herpes?
