I Hope So. I Had A Preemie Son Born At

I hope so. I had a preemie son born at 30 weeks on Dec. 29th. He had a brain hemorrhage and severe bruising and was rushed to Albany medial center. According to the doctors they don't know what caused it but the right side of his brain is healing well, whereas the left side still has clotting that hasn't passed through as they say. He has had continuous platelet transfusions since birth due to low lvls. I haven't received much information on what happened...what could be done...or if there was something wrong with my pregnancy other than placenta previa. I had two clotting episodes during december and one in October in which I was hospitalized and released. Even then no infor was given to me other than bed rest and "kick your feet up". I am worried about my son. What can I do or is there any information that I can pass on the the doctors that they might not have looked at yet? The only thing I was told is that they never would have known anything about his brain if they had not done a scan because he was behaving like a normal baby.
