I Hope So. I Have A Patch Of Mottled Skin

I hope so. I have a patch of mottled skin on the inside of my right ankle. It is not swollen or hot. However I do have mild lymphodema on that ankle caused by an infected mosquito bite in my late teens. I am now 63! It is not painful, but it is there. I suffer from breast cancer (2009) which metastised into spinal bone cancer (2012). Was on Capecitabine until 6 weeks ago, now take hormone therapy. Noticed the mottling in February 2016. Should i worry?
