I Hope So... I Have What I Have Been Told

I hope so... I have what I have been told is a hydrocil in my scrotum. My right testicle is about the size of a tennis ball. It doesn't hurt but my left testicle throbes and hurts. It seems to be getting bigger and crowding my left testicle. It is very uncomfortable. My dr ordered a sonogram and the results said it was a hydrocil. But he didn't ask me to follow up. What do you think?
