I Hope So... I Was Playing Earlier Today With Our

I hope so... I was playing earlier today with our dog and we hit heads and she hit me rather hard in the left temple area of my head. It has swollen some what, and even wearing my glasses it leaves an indention on my head. Is this something serious???
