I Hope So Just Got Released From A Hospital Went

I hope so just got released from a hospital went in because I had severe abdominal pain on the upper right side going towards my back the emergency room dr thought kidney stones @ 1st but then said it could be a severe virus or e li us some sort of blockage, but after I was admitted & was given mcrp test etc the dr said it was a blockage in a tube(don't know what's its called)that goes from my liver to my pancreas its enlarged very very much(wont have hospital records yet so cant give measurements). I've already had my gallbladder removed some years ago but the dr said its posibble it could still be gallbladder stones or a tumor. I'm out of state going back home to my dr, but can a poison that is hard to detect do this or cause these kinds of systems?
