I Hope You Can I Have Had Three Open Hearts

I hope you can I have had three open hearts by pass x4 repair mitral valve 5 medicated stents and a icd pacemaker
diagnosed with viral pneuomia today had chest xray ihave had this since 9/09/15
I feel exhausted have pain in chest and left shoulder to elbow
please help
