I Hope You Can Help I Have Been Having Stomach

I hope you can help i have been having stomach problems since the last week of march in addition i haven't had my period for march or April. I took a pregnancy test today to make sure i am not pregnant it came with 2 sticks the first was negative but the 2nd was possative, and at the moment i am having stomach pains like if i was having period cramps can you please help me i am stressing out over this.
