I Hospitalized For A Cyst And Dr Prescribed Ovral 28

I hospitalized for a cyst and Dr prescribed Ovral 28 to reduce size of cyst, I need to take ovral for period of 3 months before I go for a check up again. I completed the first pack and forgot to take a white pill day after the last red pill. Do I take it at the regular time as the previous 1st pack or can I commence now that I have remembered, considering that I skipped a day before new pack?
