I Ht Ave Pain In My Big Toe, Sometimes During

I ht ave pain in my big toe, sometimes during the day and sometimes at night. Its not always there but when it is its a weird pain right in the big toe, and also on the bottom of my feet ,I feel like I can't walk one step further without sitting down to rest, and than go again. I am a very active person, I golf and try to walk like a mile a day when my feet let me. I am loaded with arthritis, and I am on medication for sugar, but its all under control,just pills and no shots for sugar, can you help me
