I Hurt By Back . I Fell Next To The

I hurt by back . I fell next to the toilet and the edge of the toilet bowl jammed into the right side of my back between the spinal column and upper part of back pelvis. I have taken ibuprofen and am icing it. It hurts more when I left both legs above the waist line in a bent knee position. Should I rest for a day alternating ice and heat and see if the pain eases, or should I see someone to have it evaluated?
