I Hurt My Back A Week Ago, Lower Back, Just

I hurt my back a week ago, lower back, just above my tailbone, and have been having issues with it for a few weeks. A few days ago, I noticed my discharge was brown. I found it unusual because my period ended a week and a half ago. Is the discharge separate from the reason my back has been bothering me? Or perhaps a later complication of whatever is going on?
