I Hurt My Back About A Year Ago And Now

I hurt my back about a year ago and now I am feeling numbness in the area of my buttocks, hips, and the back of legs. I am finding it difficult to shower, bend at times, and now it is painful to walk. When I do, I feel this numbness sensation in the areas I mention. I have been seeing an Orthopedic surgeon and he prescribed me Celecoxib stating I have arthritis in my back. I don't totally agree with his diagnosis and feel there is so much more going on like possibly a pinched nerve. I am having trouble sleeping at night due to the pain that I am in. How can I pursue this further?
