I Hurt My Head Goofing Around With My Husband A

I hurt my head goofing around with my husband a couple years back. We got the bleeding to stop so I didn't go to the er, but I starting to suspect that I may have a piece of the plastic laundry basket under my skin. If I leave it alone could it cause any problems?
