I Hurt My Lower Back Earlier And Almost Couldn't Move.

I hurt my lower back earlier and almost couldn't move. I was standing leaned on the table helping my child do homework, when I felt a snapping/cracking feeling it was very sharp. I could barely move to sit down on a chair. My husband had to help walk me to my bed. And still about 4 hours latter I'm still in absolute pain
