I Hurt My Middle Back At Work 5 Months Ago.

I hurt my middle back at work 5 months ago. the mri doesn't show any reason that I continue to be in so much pain. the pain starts in my middle right side of my back and goes around my rib cage un der my right breast. I feel as tho im being squeezed very hard. they said I had a lumbar sprain. is there treatment, or do I live with this pain?
