I Hurt My Tailbone A Couple Of Months Ago, And

I hurt my tailbone a couple of months ago, and when it wasn't feeling any better I went to the doctors. He said there was nothing he could do and I should just wait it out. For the past 3 days now, when I go poop I have been bleeding too. What does this mean?
