I Hurt My Thigh When A Child Ran Into My

I hurt my thigh when a child ran into my knee, I had a hard time walking and it stopped hurting a day or two later, then a few days later my dog knocked me over and it hurt worse and took longer to heal, The pain moved up my thigh to include my hip. Last night I jerked my leg sideways and its really painful now, I can hardly put any weight on my leg at all.
