I Hurt On My Right Side And When I Lay

I hurt on my right side and when I lay down in bed I sleep on my left side and as I lay down the pain starts and I hurt so bad it shoots down my right leg and I try to lay on my right side and it still hurts really bad and the only way it quits hurting is I sleep in my recliner I just want to know does that mean I have a kidney stone on the right side or what could be the reason why it will not stop hurting it is like when I lay on the left side my right side the weight of my right side puts pressure on my hip and leg
