I Hurt The Left Side Of My Left Knee Approximately

I hurt the left side of my left knee approximately 6 days ago. It caused me to limp for 2 days and the pain temporarily subsided for 2/3 days. Yesterday it got worse, the bruise has come out and I have a burning sensation when I move it. If I stand up from sitting down or vice versa the burning pain becomes almost unbearable and gives me pins and needles. The area is sensitive to touch and i feel it's worsening. Any advice?
