I Hv Been Detected Diabetic Recently In Sept Since Then

I hv been detected diabetic recently in sept since then I started to metasave 500 after lunch and now it is 90 in fasting and 130 after lunch..besides I started to walk 4 km in mrng and evng, also @ 5 km during day time..now every thing feels normal.. can I stop the medicine ??
