I Hv Been On Tramadol 120mg For More Than 3yrs

I hv been on Tramadol 120mg for more than 3yrs now, due to the moving sensation in my stomach, do u think it will cause me any harm? Am a 33yrs old mother of one girl, Note please, any day I dont take it, I will feel so useless and angry, at the same time, the moving thing will become so hot and serious. Pls help me
