I Hypered Extended My Right Hand Digitds, Wrist, And Elbow

I hypered extended my right hand digitds, wrist, and elbow at work ,now my shoulder is becoming weak. My place of work has fired me and people are telling me that the company doesn't WANT TO GO THROUGH A WORKMANS COMPENSATION CASE. I am persuring unemployment compensation and have a Lawyer. There is no way at this time I can find other employment without the use of my right arm. I just need to know what is the best sorce of rehab to my right upper extremity. Thank you.
